My current plan was 1 year contract, and then month to month with some discount now, it is 3 years. I want to upgrade my cell phone, my questions are, if I upgrade cell phone, do I need sign new contract? If I sign new contract, will I lost my current discount?

You automatically get a ' discount ' when you upgrade, and yes you will have to sign a new contract if you want the discount for the phone.

If you DO NOT want the discount and DO NOT want to resign your ONLY option is to pay FULL retail for the phone.

If you are referring to a company discount on your plan where you get X% off your bill, the answer is NO, you will not loose your discount; however, if you changed your job where you got that discount DO NOT tell them or you very well COULD loose it.
