Once you pay off your phones that are under the Device Payment Plan agreement, that cost will be deducted from your bill. Promotional benefits can mean extra data, extra discounts, or specific plan cost that you received when you upgraded your phone. If you didn't receive any additional account benefits when you upgraded, this would not apply to you. We can also review your account.
