I have 5 lines with verizon and currently 3 of them are having the same issue, when we receive a call on one of the affected phones we cannot hear the caller and all we hear is a echo of us answering. I have called verizon about this but every time they say to call back from a separate line. If it is happening on 3 lines, I do not think it would be a problem with one phone. The calls coming into the phones are a mixture of landlne, cell calls and are from different areas.
Has anyone else had this problem?
