Will my AOL email account .......@verizon.net be terminated if I no longer use verizon as my service provider?
I called AOL tech support and they didn't seem to know, it was a very confusing phone call, I don't think they understood my question.
Even before they announced the switch to AOL, they announced a switch to AOL's email policy. Your eMail account will remain open as long as you pull or logon to view your new email at least every 180 days (6 months). The AOL support people you talked to should have known this.
