Accessing Web mail via WinRT Surface

All, 

I have a MS Surface.

I gave up trying to get Outlook on it to log in over the last few days..using the most recent settings per Verizon Support...

So I went the Internet Explorer route...and behold...the web site has some issues redendering most of the Verizon website..not just Webmail.

Anyone else use a WinRT tablet?

I successully linked the Live Account and use the built in Mail client to read Live.com which pulls in Verizon.net account emails....but getting Outlook on the RT...well..

BTW.. a Win7 laptop running Outlook2013 has no issue.
