AdChoices with Verizon Yahoo Mail

The ad's that appear on the right of the e-mail viewer seem to slow down both my laptop and desktop. I see 2 ad's when I use my laptop.

Is there a way to disable these ad's?

I use WIN10, IE11 to view my Verizon e-mail.
