Adding Subaccounts to Email

I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support trying to set up a subaccout on email for my daughter. The system would not save my data last night. Guess what? The system will still not save the data today! I suggest that Verizon fix this issue and that they not allow customers to get off of the phone until the issue is fixed. OR...they could give customers a foolow-up call to see if they were able to fix their issue. Customer service would be nice after paying a fat Verizon bill each month. I am so tired of Verizon Fios. I wish I had never changed. I know....I can change companies. Yet, it is so time-consuming to do that. While I'm venting, I'd like to say that I loathe automatic systems that do not allow you to choose speaking to a person right away. It's like being held hostage when you need help. There. Done.
