This seems like an unfair practice! If you want ad free there is a montly charge. Seems like this could be the straw that breaks the back of our agreement with Verizon. They keep treating customers like dirt!
Verizon email was ad-free, as it should have been, since we paid for email as part of our Verizon services. Now Verizon sold our email to AOL without protecting us from AOL imposing this ugly advertising on our email! Stupid move, Verizon. Makes me more likely to migrate all my Verizon services to Verizon competitors.
