I still cannot access several of my sub-accounts email with WebMail, and I haven't seen much action from Verizon support.
I thought it was just me, Greg. I am paying for service I can not use. They actually told me to buy another computer to fix my problem!!!!!! I am so ready to to switch to Comcast!!! Verizon support tries to make you think that THEIR problem is really your problem.
We are back on the old E mail page. Why don't they just put everyone on it, and scrap the new one.!
I can log in to MyVerizon, and I can pick "Email & More", but the page that opens when I do has no email at all, only phone related choices like call log and voice mail.
How do I get to my email via a we browser now?
