Calendar Invites in Outlook

AOL does not forward a calendar invite to Outlook on my @verizon.net email. It does not come through as an email where I have the option to accept, respond, etc, rather, just gibberish.

It's not in Outlook, as a different email works fine.

Any ideas?

Also, is there a way to accept or decline an invitation in the AOL calendar?
