Can Not Access My Email From Outside Computer

This morning I tried to access my email from my work computer and received the following message:

"You are not allowed to connect to Webmail from [ I won't provide the IP address} due to spam activity."

Is my work blocking me???

Might be best to ask the IT folks at your work site, they should be able to tell you.
