I have been unable to receive emails for 3 days. I was told it was a server error and would clear in 6 hours. Well it has been more than 24 hours since I called verizon and still nothing. When. Send I from one of my other accounts it states, mailbox disabled. How do I resolve this. Change providers, if tverizon does not have the answer. I have no choice.
Please check that your mailbox is not full, login to the web interface, under conversations - Message center storage -
If you are anywhere near capacity (2048 MB) delete anything you do not need.
