I am not receiving emails ending with yahoo.co.jp that are being sent to my Verizon email account. Initially, I was directed to fill out a form on their whitelist page, which subsequently gave me instructions on how to change the settings in my email account. This included turning on the SpamDetector so that all spam goes to the SpamDetector box and then it'll be up to me to decide if it is spam. The other thing was to use the email filter to permit emails ending with yahoo.co.jp to go to my Inbox. I did both and I am still not receiving the emails. In fact, my SpamDetector box never has any spam in it. She does receive my email, but when responding, it ultimately returns back to her.
