Can't Send Emails

As of 3:20 PM EDT, outbound email is working for me.

Everything seems to be back, can send from all devices and my AOL account also works-

Are you using just your original email passwords or did you get one of the new one-time passwords?

My outbound email via smtp.verizon.net is working now, too.

Reboot the old XP, change back to original passwords and IT IS WORKING.  I love to read my own test messages.

Now - could AOL please fix the duplicate download problem?
