I have been having a problem trying to print an e-mail. I have an HP C4795 3-in-1. Neither wireless or cabled will work.
I can print a stand alone document (word or excel) just fine. I've reloaded the drivers and the network checks out fine. When I check the printer queue, there is nothing there. I have turned off both my anti-virus and firewall protection. Is this something that Verizon is preventing?
Any suggestions would be helpful.
There is nothing Verizon is preventing that would cause this. Try accessing your email in a different browser to see if its some kind of corruption from your browser.
