Can't see or get into my folders

My folders are gone. The only time that I see them is when I have the option to put an inbox email in a folder from the dropdoe box of MOVE TO tab. I tried the HELP otion but don't see any of the buttons that are mentioned in the directions. I can't even scroll down past the fourth option, TRASH.

Check the zoom setting for your web browser. Also, have you tried a different browser or a different computer?

try resetting your browser, clear CACHE and HISTORY under TOOLS.
