I keep getting a message that "authentication failed" when I try to receive or send mail. When I tried to login to my account through Verizon I am told that my password is not valid. I only have email through Verizon and I have never changed my password. Strangely, I have two subaccounts tied to my main account and they can send and receive just fine. HELP!
