Cannot send receive email Verizon Yahoo after password change

Can anyone provide some direction.   When I send her an email I get .  I can get into her mailbox with the new password, but it hasn't received any emails for a few days. rejected your message to the following email addresses: (

mailbox temporarily disabled:
