Call from tech support again. Is your problem repaired? I sign into my Verizon. OK. Check received e mails OK.
Go to send e mail NOPE Verizon site reply (almost instantly} "Sorry we are unable to perform this operation at this time. Please try again later". Heck no its not repaired. He replies that my problem is with ThunderBird. I go ballistic. Don't you listen I signed in with My Verizon to test the e mail and I have told EVERY tech support person the same thing. WhaT THE ____ OMG.
This problem really started around October 2011 Verizon did some kind of change to there system and my wife's e mail
was sending out thousands of e mails a day. (one tech support said that if I turned on there spam controls it would stop that. HA HA it was on. She has probably been blocked from sending but they are unable to UN block it.
Here is what I need many years back I had the e mails center tech support phone number (at the actual e mail servers}
I don't need any out of country tech support or 800 numbers. If anyone has it please post it please.
You know I had another problem with there tech support about connection speed they of course want to blame my house and filters. Nope I have cat 5 and a splitter. Did speed test and tracer route to prove to them that it was the d slam.
I'm sorry you are having difficulty. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
