Change my primary and secondary email address

How do I change my Primary and Secondary email accounts? The email addresses I originally setup my new VZ account with no longer exist. And now when I go to change the primary and secondary email accounts I get a message saying "Unable to Update Email Address. Please try again!!!

  I had the same problem and called verizon and they fixed it on their end.
