Constant deluge of spam from Agile Analysis

Am I the only person receiving a deluge of advertising associated with this name? I found nothing on Verizon but other ISP blogs report that this spam site constantly changes domain names or uses other tricks to evade spam detectors, and if the "unsubscribe" option is used, this does nothing or just increases the volume of unwanted mail. I have Verizon's spam detector in place. Any suggestions? I don't just want to stop the unwanted mail, I want those responsible PUNISHED!!!!!!

I am getting it too and have no idea how to stop it. It all comes from different address, arghh!
