We just recently canceled out there verizon accout and wanted to keep there email. We created a acount with verizon.net/yourdomiain and signed up for the 19.95 one year service plan and now we still can't get into our email.

You have to link the YourDomain service to the verizon.net addresses you want to keep before you cancel the service. The only way this is going to possibly get resolved is to contact Verizon tech support.
