Where do I get help?
I had issues changing my acct password and had verizon support help me 2 days ago. I am afraid to try that again because it never did work on my end they did it primarily on their end. Since then my primary acct email seem ok, but my 1 subaccount email has been disabled. I can log in to the subaccount and I can send email, but when anyone sends me an email they get a message the account has temporarily been disabled. It has now been more than 48 hrs.
