Did the TrueSwitch twice & still not getting my emails

My primary email was MSN. They sent emails notifying everyone that "MSN Premium with Verizon was ending & to go to "Billing" and renew to avoid interruption of service. SO, instead of that, I (thought) switched everything to Verizon email. I sent a test email to my Verizon acct. & it showed up in my MSN inbox- WHAT IS UP WITH THIS???
