I 'retained' my two (2) verizon.net email addresses last March (2014) as my wife and I moved to SC. I paid $19.95/ea for one (1) year basic subscriptions. We are retired and do not want to continue with these 'retained Verizon.net email addresses, but noone within Verizon seems to be able to grasp anything related to this. I have spoken to a number of folks, but no results have surfaced. I have a feeling my cr card will be charged for another year if I do not resolve this.
The website I initially used to retain my Verizon.net emails was http://www.verizon.com/Home/Utilities/Domain-Name
Notes:
- I did send an email to info@web-listings.net, as this is the address relating to Domain creation, etc.
- I had been given a {edited for privacy} number to have this issue resolved, but didn't get anywhere.
I am quite upset especially since I've been a Verizon customer since 1999.
I am still retaining our Verizon cell service. I just want to cancel the Verizon.net email 'retention'.

Thank you. As of today, no one has reached out to me yet.
Note: I was on the phone this morning for well over an hour as I wanted to start fresh today. None of the Verizon people I spoke to were able to assist me. The last person I was working with (I believe she was in the communications area), asked for my wireless acct # which I gave to her. Shortly after I supplied this, the call got dropped (I had a busy signal).
One rep I spoke to said I should receive a notification asking if I want to continue my 'retentions' of my two (2) verizon.net emails. Based on the date I retained the addresses, this should be around 3/11/2015. I'd like to nip this in the bud (sort of speak) before hand if possible.
