E-Mail Alias Deleted

I need Verizon to restore my email alias, which was deleted by Verizon technical services yesterday during a screen sharing sessionHe was attempting to create a sub account with the alias name, but even after the deletion, he was unable to do so. The we weren't able to restore the aliasNow, I have a dead e-mail alias which means email is getting rejected when sent to me at that address.   I spent hours on the phone with Verizon Technical Support today, but the situation was not resolved. I keep getting told that there is nothing that can be doneAnd I've never received that promised phone call back from the person who is working on the open ticket.

I find it hard to believe that once a user name or alias is used that it is permanently removed from future use, as the Verizon technical support reps have implied to meI have used this same alias for eleven years.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
