For three days now, we are unable to access our E mail. We get message: Internet Explorer can not display web page. If we Try to get E Mail using the old E mail sign in page, we can get our mail. If you are having problems getting in to E mail, use the old pahge whicn I obtained by doing a google search.
Come on Verizon, get with it!

I had a problem with my email recently in that whenever I tried to access it I received an error message HTTP501/505. A Verizon CSR was able to correct it after a 1-1/2 hour chat session, but within 24 hours the fix was gone. Yesterday I used the "Reset" function on Windows 7 Home Premium to a date earlier than when this problem started. Voila! My email now works just fine. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem? It was very frustrating indeed

fixed this on my Windows 7 with IE9 platform. It was a MS security update KB2585542. I went into Control Panel and backed it out. I did this twice to confirm it worked. No problem now. Altho it must be Verizon specific cause my other email provider worked fine even with that update. Whatever changes Verizon made to their platform, is being affected by MS's code in that patch.

Yep. It was that update from Microsoft that caused the problem. Thanks a lot, Bill Gates!

I can not get the new message center with Firefox. I get the old E mail page which is shortly going away. Then we will get no E mail.
