Bad, worse, worser, worsest ... For some months, I haven’t been able to use my mouse to position the cursor within text, but must use arrow keys instead. For the past week, I haven’t been able to reach my mail at all, except for one evening. On rare occasions, I reach the login page, but it freezes right after I enter my UserId and Password. I spoke to three tech-help people, who seemed competent but were totally in the dark about current problems. Verizon should fix its own problems instead of playing at being the black hole that eats lesser star systems.
Does your mouse work properly with other applications ...like Word or Excel ?

No problem with Mr Mouse. He scurries, chases lady mice, and works out on the exercise wheel in other applications. I experienced the same dead-mouse problem under Edge and Chrome. To be completely accurate, I should say that Mr Mouse worked intermittently, perhaps 1/4 of the time. He refused to set the cursor within text and to work the formatting buttons. On the other hand, he would always work the elevator bar and browser functions correctly.
But Mr Mouse is the least of my current problems this week, since I cannot even log on to see my incoming messages.
