E-mail not working
Hello! I forgot to pay my bill. As a result, all of my triple-play services were temporarily suspended. I slapped my own hand for the error then paid the minimum amount required to resume all triple-play services including e-mail. All of my services were reinstated except my e-mail sub-accounts. The primary e-mail account works fine, but the sub-accounts continue to say "service suspension". Tech support says the remaining balance due will not affect my e-mail sub-accounts, yet the accounts continue to remain suspended. Does anyone know why, or what needs to be done to resume their services? Thanks!
