E mail problem

We are unable to get our E mail in Baltimore area today. Anyone else having problems?

Having the same problem. In the past we found out they were working on the email pages,but they hardly evet tell us that with a notice.

Called Verizon twice.  Second time, I talked to a very nice lady named Katrina and she checked for me and found out there was a problem.  She put in a ticket and told me that the problem would be fixed within 24 hours.  This morning, all seems to be working well.

 Another tech wanted me to change from IE to Chrome or Firefox.    Also wanted to fool with my settings.  I know from experience that that is not a good idea, because usually, the problem is with Verizon.

I have learned from experience that ,if I am not satisfied with the tech's response, the best thing to do is politely hang up and call back.

All techs,like everything else, are not the same. 

I also posted to this forum and"techman" was right on it.  Kudos to him and to Katrina for their excellent help!!!!!
