Early termination fee because I work in a dead zone

I am going out of my mind with Verizon representatives who lied to me all week brushed me off and a supervisor who actually stated her job is also a deadline and you have to live with it,it's in the contract. I have two children who need to be able to reach me plus I pay $50er month for data and I can't get anyone to give me a straight answer. All I've gotten since Monday is "a ticket is open, it's going to take 24-48 hrs." Hello, it's now 5 days later. I need to speak to someone who will at least concur with one of the 8 other people I've spoken to because no two people told me the same thing!
