I cannot get an answer. I receive my emails but the body of the email is missing. I can pull it up on the print option. I use Verizon web based email. What do I do? I can't even get through to the phone support and the auto support is totally useless. Help me please!
IF you are using internet explorer - settings- display - email view- preview bottom. (If you already use preview bottom try list view)
Make sure the browser zoom is 100%
delete all browsing history - Internet options - general tab - ...
If none of the above help -internet options - advanced - reset.
If this started within the last week it could be the version of Internet explorer you are running - Remove IE 11 and go back to the previous version that worked for you.
