Email Issues

Up to yesterday, I was able to send and receive email thought Outlook using my secondary  email address. Yesterday it stopped and I have to use my primary email to send and receive email. When I use the primary email, I cannot receive or send emai using my secondary email accont. When I send email to my second account using my primary account, the email goes to who know where. I was on the line with a tech and he was clueless. He gave me some nonsense about my prior dsl acount being the issue. After keeping me on the phone for an hour, he transferred me to accont sevices to get my dsl customer numbr for some reason. I have now been on the phone for almost 90 minutes. Does any one at Verizon know what they are doing? I am about to hang up out of frustration.
