Email Setting on WIndows Live

I am trying to set up my email on WIndows Live and i am getting the followin error:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Verizon (ed.mcintosh) account. The connection to the server has failed.

Server: 'pop.verizon.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: POP3
Port: 465
Secure(SSL): Yes
Socket Error: 10060

I used the new email settings Verizon emailed out. Anyone else have that?

It looks like you used the wrong port.  POP should be 995, not 465.
