My Outlook 2007 connection began to fail tonight (3/25/2015) shortly before midnight. Some changes tp.verizon.netgoing on at Verizon?
Also, I'm using incoming.yahoo.verizon.net and outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net for my servers. Reading tonight I've seen references to switching from incoming.verizon, net and outgoing.verizon.net to pop.verizon.net and smtp.verizon.net to pop.verizon.net and smtp.verizon.net. That's three different sets of server settings. Would someone please confirm the correct set of server settings for me please?
Thanks in advance.

Note that the online step-by-step instructions vary page by page as to what the correct server settings should be. Not good, Verizon.

NO there is not a change for yahoo/verizon email users. The references to smtp.verizon.net are for those who do not use the yahoo interface.

for yahoo users this page looks current

I have Yahoo/Verizon email accounts. I can access the main account but not the sub account. I get the incorrect username and password error message. The settings are correct - incoming.yahoo.verizon.net and outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net. The username has my full email address. Nothing has changed since I updated it last October. I have been able to receive emails up until a few days ago.

Thanks, TNS_2 for confirming the Verizon Yahoo server names that I use.
My email woes "went away" the next morning about 10:30EDT, stuff just started working again. I figure there was something wrong at Yahoo that cleared up.
