Error message is:
Started late 11 SEP2013 - same message on three different computers!
Same problem here in Massachusetts - noticed it around 4am, still out and it's almost 11am - what's going on, does anyone know?
i'm wondering if someone from Verizon when working on email took out a setting that is for email and not only has your email address but another one on the dropdown for this setting that has res and a number and letters .
If so, only a Verizon tech working on email can fix it.
In New York, called about 10:00am. Said they are working on the problem, gave me a repair number and said it should be up by 7:00 Friday. Hopefully, they said, it won't be that long
They are doing maintenance on their mail servers. My guess is that something went wrong during their maintenance window and are scrambling to fix it.
This just adds to the terrible support that Verizon has.
