My email in my inbox has disappeared! I didn't delete it and it's not in my trash? Does anyone know what happened?

Go to conversations, - Email - My folders and check if it was archived. If not try opening webmail a different browser (such as http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?f=26&utm_expid=71153379-28.fvIED7HGROyjOifCfo3hhQ.1&utm_re... ) or use another computer just to rule out a browser issue.
If none of this helps get support on the phone and see if they can restore it for you but do this ASAP. Good Luck

Any time mail disappears from the server, there's a pretty good chance there's some device pulling it off. This can happen even without you intending it to. For example, the default Verizon setup for a long time (and possibly still) configured Outlook automatically unless you were paying attention and unchecked the box during the install.
The easiest way to fix it is to change your password. Once the device(s) can no longer authenticate, the disappearances should stop.
