Friends and family tell me that email they send me is occasionally returned to them as undeliverable. This has only occurred in recent weeks. Do you have a solution?
I have seen a number of people reporting this who use Yahoo email with Verizon. Is that your case?
Please see the topic "People can not send me email" as they are reporting a similar problem.
The problem occurs with senders from domains other than Yahoo. Sounds like Verizon has problems with their mail servers.

That particular thread is currently only talking about yahoo and verizon. Which is why I asked OP if he used yahoo.

In all cases, knowing the reason listed in the undeliverable message is important for figuring out where the problem is.
