Verizon will not stop sending me emails. I've unsubscribed four times and it won't stop. I hate this!

Go to your E mail settings and add their url to your "blocked E mail list."

Hello,
Perhaps you've already tried these steps...
- Go to www.verizon.com and login with your Verizon credentials.
- Once you are in 'My Verizon', navigate to 'Profile' (located 5 sections from the default 'Home' on the blue menu/navigationselections on the left hand side).
- Go to 'Email Preference Center' and click the dark grey 'Manage' button.
- You can control the setting for receiving messages for 'New Products, Free Trials, Features & Special Offers' and the 'Spotlight Entertainment Newsletter'. If you see a blue envelope next to these two options, click on the blue envelope (which should then change to grey) and that will change your notification setting from subscribed to not subscribed.
- You can also check the 'Opt Out of all Marketing Emails' checkbox, to cancel all marketing emails from Verizon. Click the red 'Save' button.
- You may alo want to 'Manage' the 'Notification Settings' section above 'Email Preference Center' to unsubscribe from any of the following: 'Certain Local, State, National Regulatory Notices', 'Bill Notifications', 'Payment Reminders', or 'Malware and Security Notifications'. Click the red 'Save' button' after making any changes.
