Email from alert@indeed.com is not coming to my inbox

I stopped seeing these a while ago and dont know why.

I contacted indeed and they say they are sent successfully.

They are not in my spam folder or trash.  Not sure why i dont see them in the inbox. This is odd.  They are not in my blocking rules.

Indeed has been white listed and you should receive your alerts now.  You may have to reactivate your alerts.

Unfortunately, after the emails are sent out we are unable to track what happens to them. We recommend reaching out to your email service provider's customer support to ask them if they know what could be happening to the emails.

one search - all jobs


Hello,

I have not been receiving emails from a job search service I'm signed up to. The emails are all sent from alert@indeed.com. I have checked my spam folder, and they are not ending up there.

Their technical support team has checked their logs and all the emails were successfully sent out. I was receiving them previously, and I am very concerned that they have stopped.

Could you please look into this and tell me where these emails have gone?

I have the same problem with Indeed and at least 1 other weekly sender.  I also contacted Indeed and received the same response as you.  I contacted Verizon and was told it wasn't their end.  Perhaps my mailbox was full (no), emails in spam folder (no), etc.  I was directed to fill out a whitelist request form.  I did for both senders I'm missing emails from.  Still nothing.  I went 1 step further and did an Indeed alert to my yahoo account and changed my email address to yahoo for the other weekly sender. I am receiving both my Indeed alerts and my weekly alerts in my Yahoo email account but not my Verizon account.   I'm paying for an email service from Verizon for which I'm not receiving.  Com'mon Verizon.  What else am I not receiving?

Please contact indeed.com referencing your missing email messages and have them submit one of your missing messages as a false positive to notspam@verizon.net.  Also, if any of you have received an email message from indeed.com that you can submit yourself, please send one to the above address also.  Thanks.

I can't send anything to not.spam@verizon.net.  Below is the error msg I get...

Hi PEEPER428,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases." You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe." Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

Indeed told me the reason I am not receiving there email alerts is Verizon.

Indeed said that Verizon has recently made the decision to block some Indeed emails from reaching their users

Please do not block the email alerts coming from Indeed.com. They are jobs that i want to look at.  It suddenly stopped coming like a few weeks ago or a month ago. Does anyone else have this problem? Need this fixed. I am not blocking them.  Indeed says they are still sending them.

I'm still not receiving my Indeed alerts.  I've whitelisted them, sent emails to notspam@verizon.net and nothing.  I was laid off yesterday.  I NEED these alerts!

I am searching for a new job and I have several alerts set up with Indeed to notify me of new job postings for my skillset. Recently the alerts stopped coming to my email so I contacted them and they said Verizon is blocking the alerts. I saw in the forums other people have had this issue. How can I get this resolved. I need to receive these alerts ASAP. I even sent this question to the notspam email address I saw in other postings but nothing has happened and no one responded.

I am still not receiving these.  Indeed says that Verizon is blocking them.

I am not blocking these job alerts so not sure why they havent been coming.

Does anyone else have this issue?  I guess i will have to sign up with gmail instead. Weird.

I contacted Verizon corporate for help.  Very nice helpful young man called me and is in the process of helping us.  He created indeed accounts using Verizon, Gmail, and Yahoo.  Indeed alerts went through on GMail and Yahoo.  ONLY the Verizon email account was blocked.  Hope to have this resolved in the next day or so.

Yes, i finally started getting them. Weird that i had called verizon about this and they said they were not blocking any emails and that only users can block them. I was not blocking them! so that was not true at all. It was incorrect.  Wish i could talk with that person again, but i am happy now. I wasnt getting these emails since sometime in September!!!  Crazy.
