Would like to know if anyone else is having issue with verizon/yahoo mail and using FireFox? The last week there have been a number of issue with emails not displaying corretly & now I'm having issue with opening certain email attachments Suggestions?
I would do the following in FireFox
Try to clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
Are you running the latest version of FireFox? If clearing cache & cookies does not help try removing FireFox and installing again, or try using internet explorer or other browser for testing
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
