Why can't Verizon leave customer accounts alone?  I never gave my permission to have items deleted from my inbox after a couple of days and I feel that it's an invasion of my privacy.  I have worked with the online agent and they assure me that the problem has been fixed and about two weeks later it starts again.  In addition, I have been trying for months to cancel an order for FIOS and can't get through by phone and every time that I send an email, I'm told that it can't be done by email.  I was strong armed into taking it and no one told me going in that it took up to 8 hours to install.  I want the order cancelled and I don't care how it gets done and I want my email account left alone.
