Emails from not received

I recently made some travel reservations through the travel web site However, I found that any emails sent by just disappeared and were not received by at my email address. The emails did not even appear in the Spamdetector. I resolved the problem only by logging into my account and changing my primary email address to a email address. I received the necessary emails from immediately at the email address.

Why did this happen? Are emails from certain email address just automatically deleted by verizon??

Sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your email services. Did you check for the email on the website or using an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird? Please also check your blocked list to see if that domain is being accidentally blocked. Please reply back if further assistance is needed.
