Entourage and new Email requirements

I am very confused. The new email settings do not work on Microsoft Entourage. The help Centers are no help. I am also confused by the topic about emails going over to a message center.

Is VZ ignoring all these negative posts? Where can I get help for Entourage?

I will keep my setting the same untill I can get some help.

Please clarify what you mean by "do not work on Microsoft Entourage" - Are you getting an error? Are you unable to find the settings to change?

What error(s) are you getting?

There were no error messages...nothing happened, it appeared that mail was being sent but it never completed the cycle. When I sent mail to the Verizon.net address from a yahoo address, it "sent" but was never received. It was not bounced back either.

Me too!

Using Eudora 2008 or even Mail2web, I can no

longer send or reply to email, only works by going

through Verizon’s email interface; is this a trick to

force users to only Verizon?

error msg:

“Error : Error in sending email An error was reported in response to a recipient address.

The SMTP server may refuse to handle mail for unknown recipients.

The following email could not be sent.”
