Floating email inbox

When trying to view my email inbox the messages will not stop scrolling (they almost appear to be floating) even though I am not scrolling with the mouse. I don't know if I hit something by accident or if there is a way to stop this.

First make sure you are using 100% for the zoom level on your browser. Also if you are using verizon webmail  go to settings, general settings, display, then try list view or preview bottom. If none of this helps install a different browser such a FireFOX. Please let us know!

Long shot here: try a differnent mouse or reinstall the mouse software
