Font size on email

Mine shrank to near invisibility.  I went to Settings/Font/size/Save, but no result.

Had aTOO- LONG chat session where I learned, inter alia, that I have to respond every 3 minutes or be cut off.  It can take

nearly that long for an agent to answer my latest input!   

Finally agent got control of my screen (awful process; strange window crops up in the middle of the process!) and fixed the problem, but was unable to tell me why I could not achieve the same result with what I did.

Experience does not help me love Verizon any more than I have for the last [ n ] years, which is not at all.

Would like to understand.  Thank you

PS -- Where can I find out the truth about the upcoming Frontier disaster?
