Getting a Statement in the Mail

I am receiving a statement from Verizon every month even though I do not have a Verizon account anymore.  I had Verizon for approx. 20 years.  Please stop sending me statements.  The amount is always zero balance but I am still receiving bills/statements.

Please email me and let me know this has been taken care of.
