HELP ME PLEASE..I can't get into my email, after I changed providers

I cancelled my service after four years with Verizon. No one told me when I qcancelled my service that I would to be able to access my emails. Me and my wife have folders that have my children's college info, fafsa, receipts etc. please help me get my domain back.
