Have started getting email bounced when sending to ###@vtext.com

I have started getting email bounces when sending to ###@vtext.com.  This has been working for some time.  The reply includes:

host vrz-sms.mx.a.cloudfilter.net[35.165.168.89] said:
    552 5.2.0 <[email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]> sender rejected due to DMARC failure.
    AUP#SNDR (in reply to end of DATA command)

There are no further details.  My SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are set up and correct as per two different online email checkers (postmaster+ being one of them).  The records are good enough that gmail accepts my sending domain.  Where do I look?
