At Forgot User ID and/or Password, when I select Password then click Continue and enter my user ID, after Secret Question It says null. Why is this? I don't have Verizon anymore, but I signed in just a few days ago.

This is probably because you don't have a secret question set up for the account. You would need to contact Verizon support.

If you don't have Verizon, then what are you trying to log into? Verizon typically cancels all associated services when you close the account.
